“I highly recommend LuHi’s Saturday Arts Program. My daughter participated for two sessions this year. The fashion illustration class exceed her expectations. The instructor successfully guided the students to create drawings from today’s fashions consistently building each week. Impressive portfolios were created demonstrating what was mastered. This is the best programs, hands down on Long Island!”

“My daughter has been attending Storefront Academy- Harlem for the past three year. I love the small classroom setting as well as the communication between parent and staff. Each year I have seen my daughter excel in areas that she struggled with. I’m grateful for the community at storefront!! We are a village💙”

“The beginning of the year I purposed in my heart and mind to learn how to swim. Ashley has been such a beautiful instructor. As an adult learning how to swim it was a bit intimidating in my own mind. But Ashley really set me at ease and pushed me to go to new levels each time we met. She explained each step before I engaged in the actual swimming movements. Very patient and mindful of my daily activities that effect my capacity to perform in the lesson. Ashley thank you 🙏🏾!”

“My nephew (11) and I took this class with captain Rich. At the very beginning it was announced there would be a test. My nephew has test anxiety and I apparently didn’t do my research. Captain Rich assured me it would be fine and he seemed to have a real understanding of my worry. We spent a solid 8+ hours listening and learning about boating and PWC safety (an extremely long time for an 11 year old, whether or not he has test anxiety). The class covered everything and really brought home the idea that, when boating, if you put safety first and make smart choices, you can minimize your risk and enjoy the water for the rest of your life. Five stars here for quality, content, thoroughness and delivery by the instructor. Then it was test time. The class was thorough and kept my nephews interest all day. He did need a few test questions explained to him, but he walked out of that room with a 90 and a huge smile and my day was made. One hundred stars here. My only criticism is the states out-dated COVID restrictions really hinder the instructors ability to explain certain things. However, since this is a criticism of the state and not the company or the instructor, 5 stars.”

“amazing school, both of my children were lucky enough to go here and now will be moving onto Ampark School. This place is truly for families by families, my wife helped build and garden the entire back yard to install the playlet. A++++ all the way!!! The teachers are the best and make you feel like part of the process, its takes a village to raise a child mentality!”

“We were introduced to Chef Gio by our realtor who gave us a gift certificate here as our closing gift. So far we have had 3 dining experiences total (two cooking classes and one chef's table) with Chef Gio and they have all been great date nights for us. We recently recreated the cantucci at home as well as steak, garlic, & potatoes. So delicious! I can't wait to go back for our next dining experience!”

“Alison is an amazing tutor. She has decades of experience and it shows; her knowledge of the subject, her extensive trove of teaching and practice materials, and her ability to connect with my son and keep him engaged really impressed me. My son has been a strong student but asked for a tutor after his first Honors Chem test. Once he starting meeting with Alison he was once again confident and felt well prepared for every test. Alison was a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend her.”

“Ms Burrero and Ms. Robles are by far the best teachers a kid and parent can ask for... so attentive, so determined to see my daughter win... they loved my kid like she was their own.... and her academics soared because of it... and the principal is so damn warm and embracing...”

“A great and much needed resource for APPLE COMPUTER users in the Catskills. Brian Smith of General Technical is incredibly responsive, resourceful, and knows his stuff! He fixed 4 or 5 ailing old Macs for The Pine Hill Community Center in no time flat at a very reasonable rate. He also repairs musical instruments like electric guitars, does data recovery, and also designs websites. Highly recommended. We look forward to continuing to work with him.”

“I cannot thank Justin and his amazing instructors and staff at The Dance Conservatory enough. To be able to return to dance at an advanced age, after having been away for so many orthopaedic procedure filled years, in such a supportive and safe environment would have been blessing enough, but the way that Justin has managed to continue to accommodate all his dancers during both the mandated closure, but also after the reopening is truly a testament at how he always goes above and beyond. Having previously been a professional dancer I can assure anyone looking for conservatory level training, this is the studio to send your children to, but even if you’re just looking for a fun dance environment for your child or for yourself they also accommodate that. Until I was lucky enough to discover The Dance Conservatory I always thought the best options were all in New York City.”
