“We had a very smooth move- in day thanks to manager Tim. He was extremely helpful and available to answer questions as this was our first time using a storage unit. The Millersport Highway location was very clean and a cart was located nearby. And, prior to our arrival, the manager had even replaced a mechanism on the door that had given us a problem the day we came to see the unit. We had rented two units, but were able to fit everything in one. Again, manager Tim quickly cancelled the second unit and explained the convenience of using the app to more easily get into the facility gate in the future. I can’t say enough about the ease of this experience. Tim went above and beyond to make our move less stressful. Thank you!”

“It was so big and the layout was so different then other stores that I've been in. But we were able to find everything that we needed. They were surprisingly pretty fully stocked. There was so much parking but be careful nobody seems to put their carts into the corrals for some reason so driving can become an obstacle course. Other than that it was great.”

The only thing I would be weary of is that they quote prices for services as a package that includes warranty and labor. This made me not realize that I would be paying an additional cost for the warranty. A look at the receipt before finalizing your purchase would clarify this issue.”

They are abused by customers that are selfish and I’ve witnessed other customers threaten them. They are essential workers. If the store shuts down to clean for covid19, good for them. I ain’t getting sick. People want to name drop and embarrass workers. The Pharmacy is in charge on shutting the store down for cleaning or if there is too many people. You can’t come 10 minutes before They close because there is already a line inside. Anyone who says otherwise has no idea what they are talking about. If the Pharmacy says to the workers not to let anyone in then that is that. I wait and the staff is wonderful. People post on here lying because they can’t get there way. Common sense, don’t come 10 minutes or 1 minute before. People lack common sense. Great Job Arden CVS!”
