Which was half off yesterday, along with the 15%, (leaves coupon code). The jacket was amazing. I decided to purchase and take home a large after being very indecisive between the large and the XL. Well, It didn't stop there. I called the next day and personally requested to speak to Paula and she actually came to the phone. I informed her that I wasn't really happy with the large because of the tightness in the chest area.Therefore, she informed me that she will put aside a XL for an even exchange, until the end of day. Which is great because I can exchange it after work ! I recommend this location. They have a friendly staff and workers that take pride in there customers !”

I looked on their website at their sale flyer and they had one at $4 a pound and it was prime as well. If you aren’t sure the exact model of a part they will happily look it up for you. They will also offer advice if you aren’t sure what to buy. Once you check out they are always happy to help you install what you purchased. I was there last week and it was no different. It was an easy and positive experience. I had some speed bucks credits that I was trying to use to stock up on things I keep in the garage. The gentleman told me I can use as many as I want but each credit needs to be used in a separate transaction. No one told me that before so I was thrilled that I could buy everything I needed that day. Great customer service!”

“Excellent Service. Technician Chris was very informative, polite, and even showed me where I could locate mouse droppings. Chris set traps and bait and the price was great. 100% prefer this company. I literally called Orkin a week ago and they tried to sell me $1,200.00 and made me pay a year service upfront as well. Two days in a row they were a no show and I got my money back. Next day called Terminix who promised someone to come out promptly bc they wanted to show up their competition (orkin) which led to them not responding back to me and not until a day and half later. I called platinum pest and they answered on the second ring and I had a technician in the next 5 hours. Great company!!! Don’t be fooled by the big names, this company is legit.”

“The local staff at 1477 Main Street, Buffalo, NY are amazing. Smart, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The staff on the national phone lines, not so much. Gave much misinformation, when I questioned anything, the answer was pretty much that's how it is. They sent me first to the airport, knowing I had prepaid with a debit card. Airport staff stated they don't accept debit, only credit, and that national staff know that. So I had to change reservation to local Main Street shop. Had to take cab to both locations, costing me an extra $50-$60. Not happy with them. Very happy with Main Street staff.”

“We'll see, the repairs are finished yet. It's a clean modern building with decent amenities for the drivers, definitely an improvement over the older facility in the past near downtown. They are not open 24 hours a day which is detrimental for a metropolitan area the size of Buffalo, it's suburbs/Niagara Falls/St Catharines/Welland/Port Colbourne. Since it is located near the regional confluence of the I-90 & QEW heavy truck traffic from Toronto, Montreal, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, Springfield Worcester, Boston, Erie, Cleveland and Pittsburgh need 24 hour access to such a facility.”
