“I usually go to Stop and Shop in Long Beach and very happy I’ve switched to King Kullen. Staff is helpful and so friendly and the store is clean and well stocked. Also, anytime I buy something at Stop and Shop something is always expired when I bring it home so I’ve gotten into this weird habit of checking expiration dates and obviously King Kullen is doing something right. Same products that I’ve bought or stayed away from since they’re always expired at Stop and Shop were fine at King Kullen. (I know it’s kind of ridiculous I’m the one that has to check for that- shouldn’t that be their job?) Thank you King Kullen... will be back!”

“It has a wide variety of food and is also the staff is very helpful. They are still a work in progress but have good pricing of foods and snacks. They are also very convenient because they are open 24 hours. Just finished shopping there and it's already midnight. Some pricing signs can be a bit confusing but the staff can clear anything up for you. An example is that the Oreos had 2 signs for them; buy 1 for 2.99 and another that said buy 2 for 7.00. I asked the staff for help and they cleared the confusion and told me that they were 2.99 . Overall a good experience and definitely will come back especially because of the convince of coming when ever I can regardless of the time.”

“Everything is always fresh! Their food is delicious! The Italian food made here like vodka sauce, prosciutto bread, broccoli bread, ravioli, sandwiches, well EVERYTHING is always delicious and homemade. Their meat is always fresh and the prices are very reasonable. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh and the prices are very reasonable as well! They sell excellent quality Italian ingredients and food. The girls on the registers are always polite, and the other staff is accommodating, and extremely helpful! One time I bought a container of champagne grapes and when I got home I noticed that the bottom had a little bit of white mold. It wasn't a lot, but I called and told them. They apologized and told me that they would like to make it right. I usually go to the Arthur Kill location by my mom's house, but being that I went to the family fruit on Hylan blvd., I told them that I was in Rossville and it would take me some time to get there, and they told me that if it was easier for me I could go to the Arthur Kill location to return them or return them to either location the next day. I went to the Arthur Kill location the same day and as soon as I showed them the grapes (which only had a little bit of mold), they apologized and told me that they are committed to providing their customers with fresh fruit and vegetables and assured me that they would try their best not to let it happen again. Then the guy went and got me a new container of grapes and opened them and inspected them and asked me to try them to ensure they met my expectations taste wise. They were delicious! It is very comforting to know that they care about what they are selling and that they care about my experience when shopping there.”

“By far the best grocery store in Larchmont. Produce is fresh, great cuts of meat and plenty of fresh fish. There is also a huge selection of craft beer. It has the upscale feel of whole foods with more reasonable pricing and the ability to buy regular mac n cheese. The prepared foods are a little underwhelming but still the all around best!”
