“I had the unfortunate bad luck of having my sliding door to my deck shatter at 11 o'clock in the evening. Both panes of glass were broken through entirely. It was raining and sleeting that evening and I had to cover the door with a large piece of sheet rock that I happen to have had. My home was open to the elements and Mahopac Glass went out of their way to solve my problem. Drew came by with one of his workmen and replace the glass in the next morning. He definitely went out of his way to solve my problem. He and his coworker were extremely friendly open hearted and did an amazingly beautiful job of cleaning the area as well as installing the glass. He also adjusted the door to make it slide better because it was not properly installed in the first place. All of this was done in a very friendly upbeat and rapid fashion but with a great deal of pride . He would not leave the job without making sure the door worked perfectly and now I have a beautiful view of the coming spring as well as a secure home. I am way past satisfied with the results and extremely grateful to work with a business that operates with the ethics that have long been lost in many other businesses”

The staff and management are amicable and really pleasant even if you're arriving a few minutes before they close. Dr. Purohit also pleasant and respectful; listened to and validated our concerns and ordered appropriate lab testing and follow up. I suggest that their phone setup could be improved by more staff to take calls or voicemail for messages. (Calls sometime just ring and ring and have to hang up and try another time). Appointments can be far ahead we did have to wait a couple of months. Made the 3 month followup when we checked out.”

“New Year's Eve 12.31.2019 my stone happened to fall from my kidney and caused damage to my stomach. I ended up in Huntington hospital and Dr. Bergman left a New Years Eve party and his family to visit me around 10pm, spent at least 45 minutes of his time with me talking what are the next steps and removed stone the very next day. He made sure that I get peaceful room and informed my GP as well. Dr. Bergman is the finest example of human kindness and professionalism. He is genuine in his care for his patients and takes his time to explain to me everything. He finishes his appointment with: "Is there anything else that you would like me to answer or repeat?" There is no one better than him.”
