He beats them all hands down. His knowledge of human anatomy and how each part of the human works is extensive. He works with clients at all levels. Chronic conditions wreaked havoc on my body. He has brought me back from atrophied muscles, incorrect movement causing joint pain and damage, serious lack of flexibility and mobility issues to someone who has returned to the gym on my own while maintaining my personal training sessions with him. “This is such a unique venue! I held a seminar for about 60 people. It was spacious but not cavernous. There are two planes - one was removed so we had more room. Cullen and Patty were great. They were very accommodating and helpful. Everyone at the seminar could not say enough about the space. It is a hidden gem in the Capital Region. I highly recommend this for just about any occasion. ( They have plenty of tables and chairs, but you must provide linens. There is a kitchen, bar and icemaker.) We even had them fire up one of the old War Bird planes - so cool! If you are looking for a memorable event space, you should defiantly check this out!”

Between the tastings and actual event, it was some of the best meals we've ever had in New York. Save yourself the time of searching for a caterer for your event, because Acquolina is all you need. From the raw bar and taco station to the perfectly timed dinner and bombolini of dreams, they can do anything. How often do you hear wedding guests say, "This is one of the best pieces of meat I've ever had?" Even more, Acquolina packed up leftovers for us and we had our wedding meal the night after too. We couldn't wait to continue the feast. If you're lucky enough to work with Libby and team, you're in for a treat that will leave you with memories that last a lifetime.
