Our guests continue to talk about our flowers now—months after our wedding—as something that they had never seen before. Patty worked with me every step of the way for many hours and brought my woodland fairytale vision to life at the Mansion at Oyster Bay. I had dreamed of a reception space with 7-foot trees on the tables filled with gorgeous roses, hanging lanterns with candles, and tiny white lights. The centerpieces had to be overflowing with candles at different heights. It had to be moody, dreamy, welcoming and warm all at the same time. I was confident that every detail I planned with Patty would be executed to perfection. And it was. My bouquet and the bouquets for my daughters and stepdaughter were incredible—all very different from typical wedding bouquets. They were absolutely perfect. I spent hours with Patty, literally picking every single flower that would go into my bouquet. (And she was so patient!) We cannot thank Patty and Jack enough for the work and care that they put into making our wedding day incredible.”

The prices are perfectly matched for the portion size. You think it’s too much? You’ll be taking some food home for a few days. Don’t you worry. It’s worth every penny. The Chinese Chicken is top notch. I had to put that out there before I note anything else. We started with La Parma salads which were a nice, light opener. Then we got the Brussels sprouts, calamari, Chinese chicken, salmon, and a pasta with broccoli. I won’t even try to explain it. It was all so good. Go for yourself and understand why this is such an incredible institution.”

“This place is amazing! The cottages and bathhouse are IMMACULATELY clean and decorated adorably. Every cottage has it's own private full bathroom. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bedding and towels were brand new and smelled like they had just come out of the dryer! Everything was ready and waiting for us upon arrival. Ashley and Eric are beyond accommodating and kind. They are very easy to talk to and be with. They have thought of everything to make their guests' vacation enjoyable...even down to a basket full of supplies in the bathhouse (including a clothes steamer!). Ashley and Eric are the perfect hosts. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! They provided so much food that we skipped lunch both days. Their property is beautiful and the bonfires at night were fantastic. My family created wonderful memories at A&E BnB that will last a lifetime. Thank you Ashley and Eric for an amazing weekend!”
