“Cozy little place with fantastic breakfast. We each got a Sicilian omelette, which was deliciously packed with veggies and came with toast. The home fries were good, too! We were greeted at the door, served coffee and tea right away, and sat near the warm fireplace. One woman owns this place and does it all from greet you at the door to make your meal. Despite 4 groups coming in around the same time, she managed to serve us all with delicious food, accurate orders, and in a timely fashion. We’ll be back!”

“Booked a couples massage and infrared sauna session. The sauna was the first service and once it was complete, we were told to get into robes and wait for our massage in the lobby. We waited over 15 minutes, undressed in robes while people walked passed us constantly. It was very uncomfortable. If the wait was going to be in a public space for more than a few minutes, it would have been better to be informed so we could wait in our own clothing so we didnt feel so exposed. Janet and April were wonderful massage therapists though!!”

“By far some of the best customer service and staff I've experienced on several occasions. Anytime I have called or been there in person and had a question, they have been so helpful and friendly! Valu must be really good to their people or something because this is a rarity these days especially on a consistent basis. We have bought sheds from here, roof rakes, tiki torches, fire pits, traps, the latest was storage containers for the holidays...I have even picked up some stocking stuffers here such as Bills gloves and hats. “During my training for a 100 mile run, I had a session with Dr. James Benz about once a week. In our first session he performed a thorough assessment by examining my alignment, joint ranges of motion, and more. In the subsequent sessions we focused on spine, hip, and ankle adjustments, as well as massage therapy. I left every session with less tension and more range of motion. It’s a huge plus that he has a background in strength and conditioning. I finished my 100 mile race surpassing my time goal and minimal damage to my legs. I credit much of this to Dr. Benz and his work on me. I still work with him once a week to make sure my body feels great!”

“I loved staying here! It was perfectly located central to my office. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff was beyond helpful and gave me all the details. I didn’t know that my room would have a balcony so I was pleasantly surprised. And the room was basically sound proof, I didn’t hear any outside noise which was my favorite part of my whole stay.
