She was understanding and lightened the mood when I was struggling to find pants in my size for a funeral. She quickly worked to help me, offering alternative solutions and kindly and emphatically responded to my concerns. I left the store with exactly what I needed. As a man, it is so rare to leave a store with a smile on my face. If anyone deserves a raise, it is Lexi. If I could have her be the store representative of every place I shopped, I would never have any complaints.
