“The food is always good. There is always more of a wait, but it's worth it because it tastes good, and it's understandable due to lack of staff and their fixing food for carry out and delivery too. I have also noticed the service has gotten faster, especially when they have more than one cook in the kitchen! Ashley is always SUPER sweet and attentive when I go. The new manager does seem to care about the staff and over working then which is good too. My complaint is due to the drama between other staff that can be heard by the diners. There is one waitress that I have encountered a couple times that their seemingly negative attitude made me not really want to come back, but I remembered that we never know what people are going through so I tried to respond kindly and not angrily and she definitely softened. I think it's more an issue of being stressed out especially with all of the to go and delivery orders that come through in addition to the lack of staff they experience quite often. Yes, we should present our best at work, but we are all human. I wish their were a way for the restaurant management and probably franchise, to look at team building and responding to specific store staff needs like maybe not participate in delivery services or something. I know there is a lot to running a restaurant and if short staffed this would be hard, but investing in the staff would also promote being fully staffed!”

“I don’t know how long your restaurant has been open in Edmond, but a friend took me there yesterday for dinner. I have never written a rating before, but I must say I had a beef burrito with sour cream, retried beans, guacamole salad and I think it was the best I’ve ever had. We have quite a few Mexican restaurants in this area, and we’ve tried most of them, but Cantaritos, in my opinion, is the best by far! I hope you maintain your high quality ingredients and combination of those ingredients to this standard! My meal was large enough I needed to bring some home. “Great experience! Management is helpful and friendly. Facility has everything and more than you could ask for - storage units indoors, temperature & humidity controlled. Access via an indoor drive-through secured with large garage doors. For large trucks, they have two loading docks with flip-up ramps, just like you'd find at a truck terminal or warehouse, except they're indoors - the dock area in enclosed inside a huge indoor area, so loading & unloading is protected from the weather. Highly recommended.”
