  Thank you to the branch manager Angel for taking the time 15 minutes before close of business to research my account and remove an unnecessary hold on funds. Great bank who truly tries to know their members and goes the extra mile to provide great service.

  Very friendly and efficient. They make you feel important. The employees have total respect for their customers.

  Great bank for NC State employees and their family. They provide lot of services and investment opportunities for State Employees, that other banks don't offer.
  
  Locust SECU has a great staff that are very knowledgeable and great customer service. I have accounts at SECU and another bank in Locust and found SECU to be my favorite.
  
  NC SECU lacks a banking app, but I can still access my SECU accounts through a browser on my phone. They provided a way to save a SECU shortcut with an icon to my phones main screen for easy access and site is mobile friendly. Hopefully, they get an app soon.
  
  I recommend that all NC state employees give SECU a try. I hope you receive the same great service as I have in Locust branch.
