(March 20, 2019, 2:03 pm)Visited there to pick up a lunch that I ordered online today. The gentleman behind the front counter was super nice and helpful. Offered me more than what I needed. The food was delicious. Cannot wait to visit the Concord location again, as I already frequent the Mooresville location. Wonderful calzone lunch special.

(November 11, 2018, 8:45 pm)Came here for the first time on a Sunday night and it was packed. They were understaffed, so the wait times were a little long, but it was worth every second! Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was good despite being understaffed.
It was seat yourself when we walked in and we had to wait a few minutes for a table to be cleared for us, but once we were seated we were waited on promptly. We placed our drink orders and then ordered the cheese sticks as an appetizer. It took a little long for them to come out, but when they did come out they were amazing. Plenty of gooey, melted cheese with marinara sauce for dipping.
We placed our entree orders just before the appetizer came out. The wait for our entrees was also a bit long, but none of us were complaining. Even without any complaints from us, the staff was super apologetic about it and comped us a plate of garlic knots which were also delicious. When our entrees arrived they were phenomenal. We ordered various calzones and a slice of pizza and everything was good. They definitely don't skimp on the cheese and nothing was overcooked. It was definitely the best calzone I've had in the area.
Overall it was a great experience with excellent food and amazing service considering the staff to patron ratio. We will definitely be coming back.
