  I called for a service and had a tech here in 45 min. He was knowledgeable of my Kenmore refrigerator, and made the needed repair in just over 1/2 hour.

  Ray came out and serviced my oven. He demonstrated true professionalism.  He was extremely knowledgeable and even assisted me with another unexpected issue. I will definitely be using Faithful for all my appliance needs.

  This is the the company to call in the Charlotte area! My washer would not work properly. Ray talked me through trouble shooting the washer, and sure enough, his diagnosis was spot on. It was a simple task to resolve the issue. I am beyond grateful and will not hesitate a moment to call if I need help in the future.

  I called yesterday 11/18 for request to come fix my washer. When other companies kept rescheduling, Faithful was able to come out within 24 hours of requesting an appointment. They were on time, professional and knowledgeable and above all fair. Would highly recommend this company.
