“This was my first visit, and I was impressed. The ability to make an appointment on-line was easy. The in-processing was quick and smooth with little wait. The personnel were personable and professional. I was surprised by their capability to take and have x-rays quickly.read on a Sunday. PA Nick was exceptional in his diagnosis and treatment. My only suggestion would be for FastMed to have an electronic handshake / electronic of data so that my Atrium health care providers could view the x-ray and radiology report. I will definitely return if necessary.”

He really made for such a great experience, where as my initial experience from this office seeing another NP wasn’t great at all, in fact, I left and went straight to the ER as my problem wasn’t resolved. He made up for my initial negative experience, and I will certainly go back to him again.”

“When we went in, there were no other customers. Two of the three employees went oit for a break. Quickly there was a line behind us as we placed our four sub order to go. The employee had asked us to please excuse her as she went to grab her coworkers to help her. We understood and were sympathetic. The employee was friendly despite the backed up line. Very pleased with the quality of food and service (although, we were first in line so I am sure others will have a different review of the situation)”

“I have been to a few dentist office in my time but I will have to say this is by far the best one I've ever been to from the time I walked in the door and my visit with the X-ray tech and the dental assistants and the dentist and especially the lady at checkout they made my visit there so comfortable with their warm personalities that this would be the place that I would love going back to and I hate going to the dentist and the other thing that I like about this place is that everything is done in-house which means a lot to me so I don't have to run around to other places to get things done. This is the first review I've ever done in my life but I felt like special recognition should go to these the special people working here.”

“I had a package that was delivered to the wrong address and I waited until after the long weekend to try and figure out where it went. According to tracking data, it was delivered so I went to the local office on Bedford St and the nice lady redirected me to the carrier facility a few miles further down. I told the gentleman the same story with the package and realized that the package was sent to the wrong address/mailbox. The nice gentleman dispatched someone to check on the package and later on that same afternoon, I saw my package in my mailbox. Mislabeled... I’m thankful for the staff at both locations for being professional and friendly.”
