In addition to wanting to gain flexibility, the mental relaxation and peace I received from taking the class was priceless. I now try to meditate everyday and yoga once a week. “I walked in with no appt and only intended to get a trim. My hair is very long, to my waist band; so I don't always trust having it trimmed. Dorothy trimmed it, layered it, and even took extra time to add curls. Most salons don't spend extra time with patrons, but she didn't rush and focused on the small details.
