The price was considerably better then many of the surrounding storage units. My only slight criticism is that I needed to clean out the unit as there were a lot of spiders. This past Friday I went and bought another Gen5 Glock 17 and had another great experience with Randall and Jeff; top notch professional men. My other Gen5 Glock had a defect from the manufacturer where the slide would stop about 3/4” short when removing the last round when the magazine was removed. Randall spent about an hour taking every single working part out of the frame and slide to figure out what the issue was. Randall went above and beyond my expectations with his outstanding customer service and diagnosed the issue as a defective firing pin safety! He replaced the firing pin safety and the issue was solved! Overall, this is a top notch business and you will be 100% satisfied with their premium level of customer service and knowledge! They are the only music store I know that requires their teachers to be college educated in music.
