“Dr. B is awesome! I can’t say enough good things about our experience. She and her staff were so patient and took time to answer questions and help me make good decisions about my daughters care. She made my three year old so comfortable that she didn’t even cry! She is amazing!!! I can hardly get her out of the bath without crying and Dr. B was able to numb her up and fix her tooth without a tear!!! I would never recommend anyone to go anywhere else. She and her staff are 5 stars all the way!!!”

“It was great! Very clean.I own a house cleaning service I couldn't ask for anything more clean .Beds were great it's linens were so soft and inviteing didn't want to get out. “I went in for a tour today (2/20/2019) and I had a wonderful experience!! The ladies at La Petite were very professional and really made me feel at ease about placing my grandbaby at this facility. I only wished they had more room for infants. They supply diapers, wipes, formula and food!! I was so excited to hear that it was included in the weekly rate!! “Me and my girlfriend rent a house nearby in kannapolis. Our heat hasn't been working so our landlord put us up in a room at comfort inn, checked in around 9-10pm, room is perfect and heat is good. Bed is perfect for me (I prefer firm) and water pressure is great. The gentlemen that was at the front desk was very polite, informative, and had no problem helping us with everything we had asked for. The lady the replaced him after his shift was just as helpful as he was. The only thing I can even find the complain about is that I'm a smoker, so I wish there were rooms with balconies, other than that, I would come here every time I would need to”

“I stayed here for 3 days and was very pleased with the service I received. The owner and his wife are very pleasant. I was here for work and unfortunately due to the weather, the Internet was intermittent. They were very apologetic and advised they were doing all they could to fix it. I decided to check out due to the Internet not working on the first day. But they were so polite that I decided to come back that same day. They advised that I was free to use the lobby internet until the other was fixed. The room was basic but nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I found myself wanting to sleep in longer upon waking up. Room cleaner was a sweetheart and checked on me to see if there was anything I needed. The hotel accommodated any concerns I had and was very understanding when I locked myself from my room. I will definitely stay here again on my next business venture.”

“My sister's ashes rest here. During her funeral and burial the people in the office were very kind to my family and me. They made our grievance less complicated. At first I did not agreed about placing her here. But the fountain is nice and peaceful and it is super calm to visit her remains at the top of the hill in the middle of a garden. So this is a very nice cementary. Not exactly cheap but super nice.”

“I had a fairly pleasant experience at this location today. I read all of these horrid reviews and psyched myself out, but I decided to just go in with an open mind. I got there around 4pm today, maybe about 10 people already sitting down waiting, and 4 ahead of me in line(self check in is down.) I got checked in with my ticket number at 4:09, got called within a few minutes and was out by 4:35. The woman who helped me(I assuming name tags are last names..) was Montaque. She was BEYOND friendly, and her customer service skills were 10/10. We talked the entire time, while she was working, and time just flew. If you get her, consider yourself lucky. For all the people who get angry because of the crowds or long waits, don’t try to be one of the 100 people first thing in the morning lined up a whole hour before they open and make sure you have your documents you need and ready. I saw a couple people turned away because they didn’t have correct documentation. Glad I didn’t need to drive to Salisbury or Asheville after all.”

“Yrs, there are still video stores in the streaming era! They had a good selection and complete seasons of series you can't find on Hulu, Prime, or Netflix. They also have a nice collection of old movies, cartoons for kids and young at heart, exercise videos, and games. To top it all off they sell popcorn etc. cell phones. Lastly they have a gumball machine with a color of the day and if you get the color gumball you get a mivie for free.”

“I miss the old owners and how the place used to look. The new owners spell things wrong on their signs. The place doesn't look as nice anymore. Went there a month ago and my feet were sticking to the carpet by the sushi because of how humid it was inside (gross!) But I went last week again and thankfully the humidity was gone but the carpet is gross by the sushi bar. Heat has been broken in the restrooms for over a month. What saves this place is the made to order hibachi grill man and the food in general. That guy is a great cook! And the food he cooks for you tastes great! Also the sushi is decent and great as well. **update 1/2019** The bathroom problem has been fixed and the floor is decent again. The English signs have also improved. So changed from 3 to 4 stars.”
