The associate (I didn't catch his name) called my insurance right away and got the plan details. He even had to call a second time to clarify a question but he did not mind one bit. Melissa later helped get me checked out and fitted my glasses. She made a note in the system to ensure my contacts arrived before my wedding. Great customer service!”

He spent the quality time to understand the issue and came out the very next day to help us out BEFORE the next rainfall- this should be the gold standard for customer service.
