Factory Mattress Sales

I went in trying to figure out which mattress type (firm, medium...) was right for me. Doug was super helpful and knowledgeable. He heard me say I am a side-sleeper and suggested I try a certain type to relieve shoulder pressure. He was not pushy trying to make a sale and understood I was on a budget. I did purchase a mattress and got it the next day. I am so glad I stopped in at this store. If you are looking for a new mattress, give this store a try!

Knowledgeable and friendly. I adore my Tempur-Pedic! AND...The base sits inside my bed frame, I still get to use my canopy bed. Thanks to Rize (the base manufacture) for making an adjustable bed base that allows you to keep your decorative bed frame.

Doug is an all-around good guy. He sells quality products and provides the best customer service. I was amazed to hear that Factory Mattress is not a chain either. Locally owned as he and his wife run their two locations in Newton and Hickory. Stop in and say hello.

We purchased a new mattress and adjustable base from the Rainwater's at Factory Mattress Sales. Very pleased with the customer service, delivery and setup, price and quality of the mattress.

Very friendly and helpful locally family owned store. Happy to talk about options and technology in mattresses. Even suggested we hold off a bit because new mattresses were coming out and we might either like what's new or get a deal on a floor model if we were interested. We wound up buying elsewhere because we found a different one that was more comfortable, but I'd be happy to have bought from them.
