  Great service. I bought a fridge from here that was brand new but unsaleable in stores because it had some minor dents in it. It works great and we came out $1500 cheaper then what it would have cost us in stores. I would definitely recommend stopping by and checking them out if you need any appliances.

  Chad was AWESOME! Start to finish, he knew his appliances. He also delivered it and put it in our house. Outstanding customer service. ???? We will be repeat customers for sure!

  I love this place!!!This is the third time I’ve gone back for more appliances!! This time it was to purchase an entire kitchen appliance set. They have lots of brands and models, but the GE Cafe series, in my humble opinion, is the best. And they have it in matte white and gold!!
  Dave, the owner, is super knowledgeable and so is his staff and technicians ...always helpful! Whether it’s open box, scratch or fresh from the factory, Bargain Basement Home Center in Hickory is the best place to go for price and especially service!

  Chad was very helpful and patient. He answered all my questions thoroughly. The pickup was smooth. I am pleased with my experience. I would recommend anyone to go there and buy appliances.

  We didn’t expect to find the size refrigerator we were looking for her but we thought...let’s give it a try. We were greeted when we went in the door and when we told the salesman what we were looking for, he took us directly to the item we wanted. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Because of the excellent price, we were able to replace other kitchen items. I am not too happy about the cash delivery fee and all they do is bring the items in and sit them down...plus only a 30 day warranty...but yes I would look here again if the need arises.
