“We rented a couple jet skis for a friend's birthday. There was a miscommunication about the dates and I rented mine a day too early. Drove out there and even checked in before I figured out what happened. The staff was understanding and let me move my rental to the next day without any additional charges. Both jet skis worked great and we had a good time on the water. My only real complaint is that they don't provide any kind of anchor, so if you want to hop off to swim you have to keep an eye on the jet ski and climb back on to move it if it drifts too close to something it shouldn't.”
