The repair technician called the morning of the appointment to confirm the address and let me know that he would be arriving between 9:30 and 10 AM. He showed up early, and had the window replaced in less than 45 minutes. The entire experience in dealing with Doug’s auto glass was outstanding. I highly recommend them.”

“We went to the store at last minute as they were closing, needing two houses for our dogs because the cold got worse and we wanted to have a better solution. They allowed us to enter and make the purchase and helped us during the process. Both houses didn’t fit in my Jeep, so I had to take one first and return to pick up the other one.
