“Excellent Doctor. I would use him again tomorrow if I needed a surgeon. He performed an appendectomy for me after it had ruptured. I did not have to have a 2nd surgery as he was able to remove it all the infection the first time. This is not common, so thank you Dr. Thompson. Wanted him for my mother when she needed surgery, but Catawba Valley Medical Center hospitalists told us to use someone else they suggested. (I am thinking there was a kickback somewhere.) Have used Dr. Thompson for veins as well. He is just a Genuinely great Doctor.”

“I absolutely love Unifour Pediatrics. As I’m waiting to take my son back to be seen this morning a mom and dad with a tiny newborn come out and go to the check out counter. The lady behind the counter discusses things with the mom and disappears for a minute or two. The new mom looks like she could cry and turns her back to hide her emotions. When the office lady comes back, she comes out into the waiting room and wraps this momma in a big hug and lets her cry all while telling her she’s doing a good job and everything will be okay. I’ve been that mom. I’ve taken my son up there in tears only to have a nurse comfort me and tell me I’m doing a good job. The doctors are phenomenal and they always (always) make me feel like my children are the most important patients they have. They work hard to give us answers before we leave. Seriously. 5 stars for this place.”
