“We have stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row to celebrate our anniversary now. Anna, the Assistant Manager, is absolutely fantastic! She even left a gift of a bottle of wine for us and a nice note welcoming us and wishing us a happy anniversary! There's another young lady at the front desk, wish I could remember her name, she went out of her way to welcome us back! All of the staff are so nice! The room was perfect, clean, and SO comfortable! Love everything about this hotel! Will definitely be back!”

“This was by far the best purchasing experience we've ever had and highly recommend Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson. We purchased a 2019 Harley Ultra Limited yesterday from Bob Christensen and Robert Sperry, the sales manager. The tour of the dealership and different departments allowed us to meet several of the staff who were all equally courteous and professional in a fun way. The atmosphere is laid back and the process was hassle-free. It was actually fun. We felt they treated us very fairly. 5-star customer service is what you can expect. I wish they sold cars!”
