“We only moved to the area about six months ago, but this is easily our favorite restaurant for takeout. Their kabob platters are great, we typically get the rice platters with chicken and steak. Their baklava (walnut or pistachio) is so great, I typically take tiny bites so I can savor it. Staff is always friendly, love this place!”

“Such a wonderful campground! My husband and I came for a weekend to get away from the craziness and the hustle and bustle and Poplar Point was too perfect. The sites are really well-spaced out and everything is so clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the trails and lake access are so convenient and clean too! If you are unable to reserve a site ahead of time and have to grab a FF (first come first serve) site like we did, be sure to get there before 5 on Friday to make sure there are sites available because they fill up FAST and there’s a line to check-in. All in all, such a great and beautiful place!!”

“Very good! I can't believe the negative reviews. I've eaten here plenty of times and it was always good. The crust toppings are so awesome. I recommend it. I order online and that allows you to check all the options and there are plenty of options. They have red onions and feta cheese, whaaat! One of my favorite pizzas is regular size crust, Roma and garlic topping(2x), extra sauce, pepperoni, red onions and feta cheese with a well done bake. I just ordered one and as usual it was fresh and well prepared. I choose this over the other chain pizza stores in the area.”

“I have been an occasional customer of this establishment for many years now. The first draw, in my youth, was free refills on coffee. Later, a quick breakfast with some substance. And more recently, their top-quality hamburgers. The A-1 burger is probably the best thing you could order anywhere in this part of the city. Their plain hamburger, as well, performed incredibly well. Both were juicy, savory and BIG. Their fries, though abundant, could use a little salt, so be sure to add it while they're still hot, and most burgers don't come with onion unless you ask(free of charge). The diner is cozy, and well lit, and the service is not perfect but they try their hardest to please. Don't miss this well-reputed but oft-ignored gem; your stomach will regret it.”
