“Editing my review because about 30 minutes after the kerfuffle, Tyrsa called to let us know they were able to rectify the situation! Thank you for putting your customer above your bottom line. Have been using Wal-Mart pharmacy for years. I pay out-of-pocket for medications and use GoodRX to help lower my price. The last medication my husband picked up for me, showed on GoodRX as $29.77 but he paid over $80 dollars. When he called back to speak to the pharmacist the excuse was the manufacturer that Wal-Mart used wasn't available for a discount with GoodRX. This is beyond frustrating for someone who literally spends thousands of dollars MONTHLY at Wal-Mart.”

“Our Mom moved into Summit Place's memory unit 9 months ago and she has received excellent care. The staff is very compassionate, and you are greeted warmly as soon as you walk into the place. Denise put us right at ease from the beginning of the admission process and has been so supportive and readily communicates any concerns or issues that may arise. We are so grateful for the compassion and support we received from the Summit Place staff and residents after our father passed away two months after our Mom's admission. Very caring folks. The place is very clean, and the food is excellent!! Our family has enjoyed several meals there with our Mom. All in all, the community is fortunate to have such a high quality assisted living facility. It's such a relief to know that our Mom is safe and being well cared for.”

“This is a 1 star ER. I purposely rated 5 to be on top. The security is rude and treat you like a convict. I had a big buckle on and failed the metal detector 4 times before he whipped out his black paddle lol. Then I get 10 questions. Ughh don't go here drive to Gastonia please do.”

“I've been a patient here for years. These folks know their stuff! I have never had a long wait to see the doctor. They are a smaller office and do not have a bunch of latest-greatest high-tech gizmos. But I always receive top notch care. My eyesight changes each year. I always walk out of my annual checkup with 20/15 vision! The doctors are focused on spending as much time as needed with clients to ensure they are 100% satisfied with their care and with their eyes! I would recommend Carolina Eye in King's Mountain to anyone who truly wants the best care for their sight.”
