Corolla Village Barbecue

Awesome pork bbq. Went here after climbing the lighthouse. Loved that it wasn’t fatty meat. They had a good selection of bbq sauce. Outdoor seating under a tree. Couldn’t find a bathroom nearby so we went back to the lighthouse where they have clean bathrooms that the kids used. If you go early there wasn’t much of a wait but this place seems to get busy fast especially around noon.

worked in Corolla today didn't feel like cooking. could smell the BBQ. brought it home best idea ever. by far the best BBQ out here. I've had sooeys high cotton pig mans. do yourself a favor go see Larry and the family you will not be disappointed. fat and happy lol

Great portions! Mac n cheese wasn’t my favorite for a BBQ joint, but still tasty!! Chicken was delicious, and sprite out of a glass bottle- the best!!

For a small joint it has a huge footprint and I know why. It's NOT the food! It's not the price!! It's the employees that take your order at the window! We spent around $400 on a single order. (Yes we did). It's not an expensive place but we had a large group. My friends love the food and I liked it but I wouldn't say I loved it. Is it good food? Yes! But I'll go back as the customer service made my visit so pleasant I'll always go back and back and back. Thank you!!!

Good BBQ. Love the Carolina sauce. Ribs were little dry but great flavor. Chicken was great. You can sit outside on the picnic tables. There is also air station if you want to take your SUV on the 4x4 beach.
