“Delivered on-time. Nice new, very clean and sporty golf cart. It seemed a little pricey but also purchased the insurance. The delivery crew was very friendly and explained everything clearly. It was ready to go. It was a big time saver going to the store and the beach. It was one of the highlights of our stay with the grandkids. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone. They give a lot for one scoop as my kid sizes we're what I thought one scoop should be and mine seemed like two But I am not complaining. The ice cream scooper was friendly and attentive. “As soon as we arrived in Corolla, we knew we had reached a very special place. The Wild Horse Inn made our experience even more special! The Oliva family made us feel welcomed throughout our entire visit. We're not the only ones who feel that way, as the locals can't get enough of this place! The innkeepers have truly created a wonderful space for everyone to enjoy all year long. They have built up a great community there. We got to enjoy a Kentucky Derby party while we were there! The rooms are lovely: clean, comfortable, modern and well decorated. The gathering area downstairs is inviting and fun. The Inn is within walking distance of anything you might need while in Corolla. We are hooked and will be back again!!”

“Another store that I really enjoy. I am all about flowy, comfortable clothes that keep you cool in the hot temperatures of the Outer Banks. They had a nice selection of quality, comfortable sandals. “Right when we walked in we were waited on and told 5 minute wait for a table. Then bartender starts talking to us making us feel welcomed while we waited. The wife the flautas which were excellent. I got the shrimp tacos. Really liked them. Would have loved them if they came with cilantro versus lettuce. Oh and I added the pickled onions from my wife’s flautas and they were awesome! Great service and food here!”

“Very warm and hospitable staff. They make you feel like your visiting with friends. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Shower had decent pressure and bed was comfy and clean. Be prepared to climb some stairs, or alot of stairs depending on your room, but gorgeous views of the sound are worth it. Very dog friendly establishment. Breakfast is complimentary and continental.”

“For a beach gym this got the job done. However i felt like lack of reviews & photos made it hard for me to decide where to lift so i hope this helps someone down the road. Weightlifting: there are 2 rooms with weights & 1 room solely dedicated to cardio. One room is slightly more upper body focused while the other room does have 2 SQUAT RACKS, 4x 45LB bars & ample of bumper plates. Daily rate is $20 per person. I didn’t ask about weekly drop in rate & bathroom/ showers are very clean.”

“There are many good pizza places on Corolla, and this one is one of the best! The buffalo wings were also very hot and fresh, and so was the salad. Highly recommend this place! Delivery did take a bit, but it’s worth the wait for this place. Some places you wait very long and the food isn’t that good, but the wait is definitely worth it here!”

“We tried this restaurant based on the positive reviews, I will say my husband wanted to walk out when we first walked in as it’s very small inside and the ambience to us, “is very very rustic, simple, basic”-if this place was filled there would be no way I would enjoy eating here because for us it’s like sardines crammed in a tin can. But that is us. Place is older so not pristine clean- Now I will say the young lady who that night was the front of the house, waitress and bartender, was super sweet. Food Was actually pretty good. Fish was great. Rice with 2 beans was a bit dry, crab dip appetizer was good, over all - enjoyable meal.”

“Had lunch here after the long drive from WV to NC (Outer Banks). We met some friends and decided to have lunch as a group of 8. Although the place was busy, we were waited on pretty quickly as it was not a server at your table kind of place. You placed your order and had a seat and the order was brought to your table. The food here was really good and they had an amazing steak and cheese sub. Probably one of the best I have had in a long time! It had a lot of tender meat that was very flavorful and gooey cheese that was a good compliment to the sandwich. I did notice that the sandwich had a fair amount of grease as did the onion rings but the food all had great flavor. Pricing was reasonable and the staff was friendly. “7/24/22 Visited the restaurant today after our Corolla Wild Horse Tour. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. and the kitchen staff cook informed us that they were closed. We were greeted by a young lady named Destiny who told us that we could get a takeout order. We tried their beef brisket & ribs with sides of fried okra, coleslaw and potato salad we asked for an order of baked beans which were left out and iced tea. The meat was good as was the potato salad and okra the slaw was okay. The ribs & brisket had really good seasoning and the BBQ sauce was good but a very small amount. We may try the Nags Head location next time to see if they have better preparation.”

“I highly suggest booking wild horse tours with Corolla Jeep Tours. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the wild horses and local history. He made the tour interesting, stopping at several places to give us detailed information about that location. The vehicles are great! The seats all face forward and have staggered heights so the row in front of you doesn't block your view. This also makes it easier to look around at the different sites. We've been on tours where the seats gave each other. This seating arrangement makes it harder to look around. Again, I highly recommend Corolla Jeep Tours!”

“We had an amazing time on our tour this morning. This was our first guided tour experience and we couldn't have asked for a better time. What made me decide to go with Corolla Jeep Adventures was the guy who answered the phone when we called to confirm pricing and availability--he was very friendly and offered us their group discount of $10 off per person for our group of 6 adults. It turns out each company charges about the same amount, but our tour guide, Marine John, really seemed to go above and beyond the call of duty. He really did a phenomenal job. He was passionate about his job and extremely knowledgeable about just about everything--from nature to the fighter jets that flew over. We also took a ride up the the second largest living sand dune, Penny's Hill and even saw a Harem (a small group of horses) there! The safari ride itself was bouncy and tons of fun all on its own. It was slated to last 2 hours, but took about 2.5. We saw lots of horses, egrets, a family of ospreys and dolphins. I can honestly say it was some of the best money we've spent while here on vacation. We all agree--and we wouldn't hesitate to come back.”
