When I came into position it was made out to be something great but from the start it was aup hill battle. The store itself is run down. And looks like it's going out of business. But the real reason is the DM who is providing no leadership and has managed to run off tooant employee's in one month. Mostly store managers. Do not work here!!”

“My grandmother has been a resident of accordius Lexington since February of this year. I was a little skeptical admitting her there based off the reviews I have read. However my grandmother and our families experience has been wonderful. The care has been top notch, staff has been very responsive and open to our questions and concerns, and the building is clean with no odor and will look phenomenal after the renovations that are going on currently. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a rehab or long term care facility!”
