  Grace did a great job resizing my fiance's ring. It was ready for pick up the next day. If it ever needs to be tightened or anything we will go to her in the future.

  I came to Grace to have my wedding set resized and she worked fast! I dropped my rings off on a Wednesday and they were ready on Friday afternoon. She did an amazing job and provided excellent customer service. Her pricing is also fair for the scope of work. I'm so happy to finally get to wear my rings again, just in time for our anniversary.

  Prime Jewelers of Plano is AMAZING! Grace is alway wonderful and very friendly! She provides top notch service and honest pricing! She is always happy to clean my watch band for me and did a great job refinishing it! I would highly recommended Prime Jewelers for all your jewelry needs!

  Always friendly ready to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Since I been going to Dr Heather my health has been the best it's been in years. BP down,AC1 DOWN ,WEIGHS DOWN. All because she a very caring Dr. That's concerned for my health issues

  I initially went into the store for a second opinion about the fair market value of some inherited jewelry. Grace's estimation validated a previous jeweler's estimate, but the REAL value of her expertise came when she suggested that the jewelry had much more value if I would use the gold and diamonds to make new jewelry. Thinking this would be a great way to honor my family's heirlooms by redesigning new pieces, I brought in pictures of what my daughters would like. Grace artfully created masterpieces for very reasonable prices. She is talented, trustworthy and and a caring person!
