“I see a ton of reviews claiming this place has bed bugs, and while I won't dispute the claim that they may have had them in rooms before, I had worked for Holiday Inn Express for 5 years and can tell you we even had a couple times bed bugs were found, they generally get brought by nasty customers, and then get blamed for it. That being said I did not see Any bed bugs or any other bugs for that matter ! I am however only giving the 4 stars because the house keeper actually cleans the rooms, I was amazed at how clean the carpet and stuff was after being in a dump called economy inn in Lexington. While there were things that seemed out of place like the standing lamp with no lamp shade and a chair that the cushion was all but chewed all to pieces yet some of the furniture looked fairly decent , but like I say what impressed me is the fine Job the Housekeeper did with a place that might have only gotten a one or two star review if she hadn't done such a fine Job !”

“Bigger beds in the room then I expected and the pillows are nice. An extra blanket would be beneficial. The AC in the room works great and they regularly switch out linens. The front desk is great about customer service though and answers every question an they also try to let you know how you can improve your stay.”

“First off this is not the first time we’ve used Eddie at Tri-county. Three years ago we used him to purchase our first home. He and Renee were great, always answered the phone, and were very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. He was great to work with at that point. Recently my wife and I decided to upsize our home due to family expansion. Having had a great experience with Eddie in the past I called him again. Once again, Eddie was awesome. He’s who we hired to sell our house, and he worked with us when purchasing our new house. Again, the process went seamlessly. Eddie worked for us, it didn’t matter if it was 7 pm on a Saturday, or 8am on a Monday morning. He still answered the phone, answered any questions and truly made the process of selling and purchasing as headache free as possible. They are amazing to work with, and rest assured, when you hire Eddie, he’s there working FOR YOU.”

The 1 bedroom suite is absolutely perfect and after driving all the way from LA, this place to rest before my husband started his new job is absolutely perfect! Hands down the best customer service and accommodations!”
