“Tony came out on a Friday to troubleshoot a GE oven that stopped working. He was able to determine what the problem was very quickly. Said he would order the part, and would come back as soon as the part came in. Turn around time was estimated to be about a week. I got a call on the following Tuesday to say that the part had come in and that he would come and install it the following day (much quicker than the week turn around time). Tony was simply the best - he was on time, friendly professional, honest and very knowledgeable. Thanks, Tony - very much appreciated.”

My washer was still full of water. He was able to fix my washer, drained the water and just charged me for the repair, which was far lower in price than what I would have paid for the replacement washer. “I've been to Coach's just a few times and I've always had great food and great service.....and that trend continued today. I ordered a chicken sandwich and french fries to go. The waitress was really nice and my food was ready in less than 15 minutes. The fries were hot and sandwich tasted great. The only downside is that they didn't have to go cups so I couldnt get a drink, but it wasn't a big deal. I will definitely be coming back.”
