    I lived in three different properties owned by Trinity for all 7 years of my graduate study at Duke, and they were fantastic! They were always incredibly responsive and professional with any maintenance requests or other questions that I had. The properties are all well-maintained and perfectly located for those attending Duke. I would highly recommend them.

    I lived in a Trinity apartment for six years during grad school in Durham, and I could not have had a better experience. The rent is very fair and the apartment was lovely. All maintenance requests were fulfilled quickly and professionally, sometimes even the same day (but always the next day). When our dryer stopped drying, they installed a new one immediately. Trinity was always responsive and easy to reach via email or phone, and super kind and polite. I would recommend them to anyone looking for housing in Durham!

    5-star management - they are so incredibly responsive and were extremely proactive with the increasing security issues along Campus Walk and LaSalle: they introduced a security patrol that I see late at night and organized safety talks with law enforcement. I felt relatively safe, which is good given what's been happening in the area when I was a tenant. Some big pluses were the mosquito nets on every window, the quick response to maintenance requests and the fact they did not hike up the rent. They are also very open to working with international students which is commendable. Poplar West, where I lived, is a 15 min walk to West Campus and is literally at a bus stop. The location is great for grad students without a car. That said, you get what you pay for - the buildings are extremely old, smelly, there are bugs (especially outside) and you could hear and smell everything the neighbors are doing. In my 1 year there, I had the heating out on a freezing day and the A/C down on a day that the temperature inside reached 92F at 10 pm, i.e. buildings are old with all the associated issues. The A+ management, however, makes this a good budget place overall. To be honest, given it'a a cheap place to live, I am impressed with the management.

    I loved my year and a half leasing with Trinity Properties! Staff was friendly, approachable, and made themselves consistently available.
    One of the things I appreciated most about the property was the reliability of the maintenance team. If a maintenance request was made during the week, they showed up to resolve the issue the very next day or the following day at the latest.
    The office is very accommodating. At one point, one of my house keys was lost. As someone who previously worked with university housing, I anticipated a pricey charge for a replacement key or lock change; however, our locks were changed and we received new keys with just a $25 fee. Our safety was assured and we were not put out by any excessive fees.
    Our pet was welcomed to the property, and there were no pricey charges associated with that either. Compared to other pet rent it is incredibly affordable.
    Parking had been an issue at times; however, the property recently adopted new parking policies in an effort to mitigate some of the overload that happened on the weekends.
    Overall if I was not moving cities, I would have stayed with Trinity Properties for a few more years!

    I'm not one to write reviews but Trinity Properties deserves a five star review. Their maintenance team does a fantastic job of taking care of the properties. All of their rentals have some cute quirks, but it's darling if you're interested in properties that have a little more character. The office staff are super friendly and honest people. They also strive to keep their rents lower compared to other rentals in the area. My partner and I adored renting with them and would have continued to if we didn't have to move.
