(June 24, 2022, 12:35 pm)This place is AMAZING! I just moved down here from Maryland on a nursing job @ Duke and these apartments are close to my job which is perfect for a great price . The people in the office are beautiful amazing women and they went above and beyond to my every need to make sure i got in . Thank you to them for helping me out. If your looking for a apartment that’s in a nice neighborhood in Durham with sweet staff this is the spot ! They renovating and repainting and all . Love those girls ! The forest is the way to go !
(June 24, 2022, 11:31 am)I’ve lived here for a few months now, the maintenance guy, i believe he said his name was ishmeal, was very helpful with my move in process & getting my apartment all the way together. My work orders are always done in a timely matter and if it can’t be done the communication is still amazing. As far as the property, it’s in a good area and i haven’t had any issues so far with the office staff.
(June 23, 2022, 11:49 am)After moving from the bustle of Raleigh, the quiet peaceful area is amazing! Duke Forest right on property is so nice, and my kids and I love exploring the trails. The office staff are so sweet and super helpful. And I cannot say enough about the maintenance team! Overall, I love living here!!
(March 28, 2022, 1:58 pm)Hi I recently moved from Tennessee not too long ago, the Forest was the first apartment to accept me and my dog. With good prices, the leasing office did a wonderful job with the viewing and showing the in and outs of the complex. The manager Miranda was a great help with the few months I stayed and was very understanding about me having to move out early with my lease.
