Always a pleasure to get the greatest customer service when I come in for purchasing glasses to exams, to all the above!! I had a great time with Cindy!! The plan was awesome when she was explaining about the certain type of frames and price ranges.... Always a pleasure to get the right treatment when I come in to find what I missed on or what I can change!!! Y'all come get your vision fixed and see the picture perfect!! Thanks Cindy couldn't get enough for this opportunity!!

The technician was kind and helpful, I didn't get her name though. Doctor Diana Ly was fantastic! She answered all my questions and made sure I was happy. The glasses tech Juliana was kind, patient and helpful as well. She answered all my questions and went over different price options for my glasses. I love America's Best! It's my 3rd year going here! Reasonable prices on glasses and love the membership!

Awesome staff! You get greeted as soon as you walk in. The ladies here are so nice. Cindy was very helpful. She walked me through the process. She explained prices and managed to get me good deal on glasses and contacts. Great place to take the family for an eye check up.

This is an amazing staff at the Rosenberg location 🙏 Always friendly and the young ladies at the front desk greet you as soon as you come in. The eye doctors too. I’ve been in a couple of times, and most recently I came in to repair a pair of glasses. They were pretty busy that day but were still able to acknowledge and tend to all of the customers. I was working with Veronica and she made the whole experience seamless and very informative on the process for the return of my glasses. Definitely recommend this location/institution for any vision and eyeglass needs. A great staff that works well as a team and clearly all enjoy working with each other. Hopefully administration and upper management recognizes their energy and efforts, as they all are deserving of pay raises and personal vacation time. Thank you much, and lord bless you all 🙏
