“Rogelio Salvador just finished two huge exterior jobs for us: he painted the outside of our entire house; as well as a brick wall and a carport. This was the second time we have contracted with Rogelio. Quality of Work: He and his crew do whatever is required to deliver high-quality service. They work long, hard days, are professional, considerate and neat—everything cleaned and cleared up at the end of each day. When he found unexpected problems (decaying fascia), he let us know right away and worked with us to resolve the problem. (A previous painter just painted over some rotting wood.) As our project experienced scope creep, Rogelio took it in stride. Reliability: He kept us apprised of schedule changes as we waited out wet weather; and he and/or his crew always showed up when we were expecting them. Cost: When Rogelio bids a job that is exactly what you can expect to pay—no excuses, no wrangling over the final price. Having worked with him as much as we have, we did not even ask for an estimate on our last project—just told him to do the work and let us know what we owed him. No surprises that his bill was very reasonable. We recommend Rogelio without reservation—will use him for ALL our painting projects, interior and exterior! “Front desk guy named Mr. Dean was the nicest guy ever. He was more than accommodating to me. When I booked the room I was looking for a hotel that took cash and because I have 2 last names the computer wouldn't take my I.D. and this man was a life saver. He went above and beyond for me because I'm in town because my husband is on life support at Duke and I was alone. He say with me and talked to me and made me laugh, I was having such a bad day and he turned it around and showed me that some people do care. Thank you Mr. Dean, I won't forget you during this tough time. Thank you RedRoof for having such a great employee, he needs a raise. The room was nice, clean, and warm.”

“They do quality and thorough work. We have an old house, built in 1900, with the old wood siding. Our first paint job failed us after a year and was chipping. Graduate Custom came and did a thorough scraping and sanding; they were diligent and not rushed. Also, they worked with us, since we only needed 2 sides of the house re-painted, and gave a fair price that we could afford. And they gave a 5 year warranty for those 2 sides of the house. They will cater the job according to your preference. We could not afford a complete clean sanding (though they can do that), but we could afford the standard scraping and sanding. Graduate has also worked with us in the past repairing and painting the old windows. They have good experience with that sort of delicate work. Overall are very pleasant to work with, and we can be confident about the quality.”
