Jazzercise is a wonderful fitness program for anyone who enjoys dancing. You don't have to be a good dancer, just enjoy it. Modifications are shown for the movements so they can be low impact or lower intensity. I love it. It never fails to relieve stress, improve my mood, and make me physically feel better. This is my 21st year with Jazzercise, now with artificial hips and knee, but still just as much fun. Come give it a try!

Fantastic and results driven workout to current hit music! Strength/weight training in every class and it's FUN! The people are very friendly, welcoming and encouraging. If you're just starting out with exercise, cross training, working on weight loss or looking to meet new people, this is the place to be!
