We called for help installing a toilet after we had tried ourselves unsuccessfully a couple times. They did a great job checking for different potential issues and ultimately we agreed the toilet was defective. They offered to return the next day free of charge to help us install another once we had a chance to exchange, which they did and everything went great. They even shimmed the toilet to get rid of the pre-existing rocking that had been an issue in the past. Overall, they were reasonable on price, punctual, and knowledgeable/resourceful. I would definitely recommend!
James Joe and his brother Marcus came and taught me about the drain in my old house. They explained the problem I was dealing with, showed me how to fix it in the future, and even provided where to purchase what I might need in the event the problem reoccurs. They spoke gently to my kid who was curious to see what we were doing, yet didn’t waste any time taking care of the problem. I will definitely call JJ plumbing the next time I have an issue.
