    I was in Winston-Salem for the day this past Saturday, about to head back to Raleigh, when something on the bottom of my car starts scraping the ground. I called around to try to find an open mechanic to take a look. When I spoke to Frank's Garage to try to explain the situation, they said to just bring it by real quick. I pulled up, he told me and my mom to wait in the office, 5 min later he came back and said it was all handled (he just had to remove a cosmetic piece of plastic the manufacturer puts on). I asked how much I owed him, he said he wasn't going to charge me!!

    Obviously, don't take your car there if you EXPECT free service. But I just feel that was indicative of the way this man run's his business- with integrity and honesty. He's not just going to charge you because he can, like a lot of mechanics do.

    Took my car for an alignment and so far so good. Everyone was very polite. I played a few games of candy crush (maybe more ha) and it was done. Cheapest shop in winston-salem. Just note that you have to drive all the way in to see anyone. I wasn't going far enough and thought it was closed. Thank you Frank.

    I can't say enough good about this place. They bent over backwards to help me. I wish they had a ten star point scale. I'd give them a 10. Highly recommended these awesome people.

    Great shop with honest people. A job well done, every time. I highly recommend this shop to anyone searching for a good, reliable mechanic. We bring all of our vehicles to Frank's with any issues they may be having and in no time they have a solution!
