I found New Era Motors by following an advertisement from a national website. A real salesperson answered the phone, and was able to answer questions about the several cars I was interested in on their lot. They were friendly, straightforward and confident.

When I arrived at the lot, I was greeted by the same sales person I spoke to on the phone. We spoke briefly about expectations for a car with 192,000 miles on the odometer. The keys were offered for a test drive, which gave me an opportunity to drive the car for almost an hour.

Purchasing the car was easy and completed quickly. I have now been driving it as my primary vehicle for several weeks. I feel confident that this car will offer the reliability I need for the next several years. All for a price I felt was very agreeable.

My overall experience was that New Era Motors has exceeded my expectations of a used car dealer. The people I worked with were friendly, considerate, knowledgeable and honest. When it is time to purchase another car, this is going to be the place I start my next search. I would definitely buy another car from New Era Motors.
