  We have had an overall great experience. They always come back whenever needed, and always very punctual. Lois typically is our tech, and is always punctual and thorough. Our last tech was Lee, he was very thorough, especially clearing any webs and hives we had on the outside of our home. Great service, friendly people!

  We've used Ray's for awhile now and have been happy with the effectiveness of their pest treatments and the friendliness of their team. On the most recent visit Stacey was very personable and explained everything he was doing, and made some recommendations we can use in the next few months. Appreciate the good service.

  We have been customers of Ray Pest Control for years. Lois is our representative, and she always comes right on time, listens to any concerns we have, and addresses them. She is very professional and has a great personality. Jamal was our previous representative and he was top-notch, too. It seems that the company is careful with its hiring and training, finding the best people. We just received notification that rates will be increasing, but we're hoping it won't be a large increase.

  We have just signed up with Ray's and part of the reason was Jose. He was very personable and explained to us exactly what Ray would be doing to protect us against termites. We asked lots of questions and Jose did not rush through any of the answers. We were very impressed. We may review their service again after a year has passed. We checked with three other companies and felt what you get for Ray's price far exceeds the other services. Plus we felt rushed to sign papers with two of the other services. Jose explained but did not push us to sign-up which would have put us off. Thank you Jose.

  Ray’s pest control is amazing! I love working with JJ ( Jamal James) , he is passionate in the industry and truly wants to help give the best options and solutions as far as pest control and wildlife removal goes. His explanations is always thorough and top notch. Such a wonderful company and particularly amazing person to work with. Totally recommend it. We signed up for their mosquito program and we are able to enjoy our yard with our 3 dogs and 4 kids.
