(December 19, 2023, 5:37 pm)Blown away by the customer service! I am passing through for the holidays and I had one specific gift request left to find. Since I'm from a town with no cooking/baking store I was pleased to see plenty of options in Winston-Salem. Lo and behold, none of the business's had a bread lame (some didn't even know what it was). Enter Barefoot Baking Supply receiving the item shortly after I called to inquire and they went out of their way to call me back. Very knowledgeable staff.

We will return to this place to assist my granddaughter to build up her baking supplies due to the great customer service received.
