(October 24, 2020, 2:33 pm)We had a septic emergency and stated so in our after 6 pm call. The owner contacted us early the next day and even though he was a man down, he made arrangements to come and help us as soon as humanly possible. He was very understanding of our predicament. Even though we were able to get someone else to come out sooner, we give Sprinkle five stars for responsiveness and willingness to help! We called six other services and he was one of only two that returned our call. Would definitely call him again!
