This crew that came removed the old A/C unit up stairs , replaced all the old duct work and replaced the outside unit. They were on time everyday , called 30 minutes before showing up and worked from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm for two very hot days. These men worked hard and were so courteous to me and my husband. I could not have been more pleased with the respect they showed us. I highly recommend this company

We had a heat pump replacement this week, and Advanced Appliance did an exceptional and professional job! Extremely Happy!!! In addition they also detected a problem with our water heater, and repaired it as well!
We have two heat pumps and they had replaced the other one three years ago. They had done such an excellent job back then, that we had no question they would be our choice again for the work this week. They are also our contract supplier for annual spring and fall preventive maintenance service on both heat pumps! We give the whole crew Five Stars!

I'm overly pleased with the service I received from Brandon! He called in a timely manner upon his arrival and was courteous, quick, proficient with the diagnosis and repairs! He explained to me what happened to the unit and what needed to be done to fix it. The lady that scheduled my appointment was also friendly and kind! Overall, my first experience with Advance from beginning to end was outstanding and I'd definitely contact them again! Thank y'all for everything!

Todd was the technician and I will request him from now on. He was very knowledgable and a true gentlemen. He completely checked my entire AC system and found a small item that was not working properly and fixed it right there. Most honest service Evaluation i have had in a long time. Excellent service for your money. He is awesome.
