“Had a jump box go bad within the year warranty period! Did not have receipt. Purchased at another store on our commercial account by a coworker. I brought it in at about 10:30 am on July 12th. Kristina was the only one in the store. There were 2 other customers behind me and the store phone was ringing back to back. She handled my transaction and the commercial calls expeditiously and in a friendly manner. My jump box was taken care of and she got one there at 1oclock. She was previously at the university location. Even though Reynolda is a little further her attitude, skill and professionalism is worth the drive!”

“Tiara is one of the best hairstylist in Winston-Salem and NC. I drive over 2 hours to get services ranging from microblading, silk press w/treatments, sew-ins, and k-tip hair extensions. Every visit I always leave out feeling and looking beautiful which is why I never hesitate to make the drive for her services. The salon is private and clean. “Got our 1st tree at Rash’s yesterday and OH WOW! Not only did we get a great tree but service was beyond expectations! The teenage boys working the lot were SO polite and patient, the gentleman at the checkout was superb but the best part was the delivery. Had my tree 2 hours after purchasing and the 2 young men (high school age?) that delivered it were SO professional and polite! All of the tools, measured my space, cut bottom limbs, put tree in stand, made sure it was perfectly straight and spinned it to my very scrutinizing eye, then watered it (with warm water at their request) AND wired it for safety to my window latch (who knew I had been unsafe all of these years!)…best tree experience ever. “THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PLACE TO DROP YOUR CAR OFF AT. They speak only in Mexican so you can say whatever you want to them and they will only nod their head up and down in compliance. They are very cheap and sometimes you can even block their number and not pay!!! There is also an uncle that speaks very nice and broken English. He’s getting there. “i've been to katarina two times now and have gotten my hair cut, colored and styled- she does amazing work!!! i really have enjoyed both times and will definitely continue seeing her if she'll have me hehe. she's very detailed and thorough, and actively asks for feedback! she wants you to leave feeling great about your hair and loving how it came out, and that definitely shows in her actions and all the work she puts in. she's such a sweet person, too 🥺 i always enjoy talking with her haha. and i like that there's no pressure to talk the WHOLE time, as i'm not a talkative person 😅 a very comfortable atmosphere and a great lady, 100/10 recommend 🫂”
