“In the early 2000's, I contacted Joseph Anderson because a family member of mine, an adult with a mental disability, was being psychologically abused at a group home. The one thing that stands out for me is the Manager, Mr Ahmad on freight arrival days is usually helping his staff to put products on the shelves and helping customers.
