“Most compassionate Dr. I have encountered. 2 weeks ago I couldn't walk - literally had to crawl from point a to point b. He adjusted our treatment plan and within a week I was walking and within 2 weeks I was pain free. Original plan was 4 weeks but because I was doing so well he suggested only coming in when I needed an adjustment. Most doctors would have tried to milk it for the entire 4 weeks but not Dr. Barbee! Love this man and his practice!”

“My father went to Salemtown for rehabilitation after a hospital stay. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. My dad can be stubborn and everyone was patient and kind, and worked with him at his pace while also pushing and encouraging him to challenge himself. His room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The facility as a whole is beautiful. A lot of time and thought has been put into making the hallways, common spaces, and dining areas feel less like a rehabilitation center and more like a hotel. The food is very good and family can dine with their loved ones when they visit (there is a place where family/friends can order food and bring it back to the room). I took my dad on several walks through the hallways and we saw beautiful grounds and gardens outside for guest use, as well as places where guests can congregate and chat, play a game, watch television and get to know one another. The staff care was evident with every person who came into the room. They treated my father with respect and were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Salemtown.”
