“I’ve been seeing Dr. Luk for approximately five or so years now for SLE. He is very Knowledgeable, Understanding, Empathetic, and Caring. My SLE is getting worse, unfortunately, and I’m Grateful that Dr. Luk is overseeing my care. He speaks to me in ways that I understand my illness and steps necessary to move forward. I also have no complaints with His nurses, nor the front desk clerks. They have all been very nice and pleasant to me. I’ve never had to wait over 5-10 minutes either to go back to a room and from there, Dr. Luk pops right on in about 3-5 minutes , if that, later. He’s the Best! Thank You Dr. Luk and Staff for such a Warm Welcome Everytime I come in for an appointment!”

“I come here for contacts and glasses so can't speak to everything, but they do a very thorough job on the exam and have a nice selection of glasses in the office. You get a little higher quality of care because the doctor (Dr. Wall) oversees everything and I usually see her on my visits. She is always easygoing and her staff are friendly and professional.”

“The William G. White YMCA is a great place to exercise and relax. The staff is always friendly and upbeat. This is one of the oldest YMCA locations in Winston-Salem, so the facilities show some wear in spots, but this location keeps renewing and reinventing itself. It also has some special facilities that others do not have. The gardens at the entrance are especially beautiful.”

“We visited the new facility this week for a sick visit for our cat. Cali was terrified! She was only crated for spaying and vaccines. She is indoor only. Dr. Eades came in. He remembered us from a year and a half ago when we were there with a sick puppy. He is still compassionate, conversational, and makes sure you know the possibilities of your pets condition while waiting for test results. The staff was wonderful. Cali was handled with care. We left with follow up medications and thorough instructions. We await some lab results but I have no doubt that they will be accurate and easy to understand. Cannot say enough good things about the Shallowford Animal Hospital. We feel like family when we are there and that's something that most physician's offices cannot achieve!”
