“They have a sink but you cannot use it for any clothing items as per the worker there even though there are no signs saying otherwise and is not on the sign of rules they have posted. I was rinsing small reusable bags/ paper towels not large items. I do like the cleanliness and quickness of the washer/dryer here but will be searching for a place that allows sink usage.”

“We felt guilty because we did not end up getting the rugs cleaned because when we opened the bags they'd been stored in for years and spread out the rugs, we saw there were tears on one and the other was too big for our daughter's apt. I inquired and learned the technician drove a 1/2 hour to get here and did not act bothered and acted very polite and professional. I gave him the rug to give to a colleague who could use it, so it was not a total waste of the company's time. I also plan to use them to clean my couches, as I can see from other reviews that they are very good at what they do.”

The air conditioning went out and we reached out to them to move the cleaning twice and both times they were understanding and willing to accommodate our schedule. When we couldn’t get the ac running in time to get it cleaned they came anyway and did an AMAZING job. The house and appliances look brand new. My wood floors are gleaming! “Seriously having a hard time finding a clean laundromat. This one beats what I have seen so far. No attendant on duty tho. Partially clean but the washers need a scrubbing around the doors and where the soap goes. It's gross when soap is caked inside from god knows how long ago and then what appears to be mold where the fabric softener goes. Maybe probably still do laundry here tho.”
