The one thing that stands out for me is the Manager, Mr Ahmad on freight arrival days is usually helping his staff to put products on the shelves and helping customers. He took time from his freight and lead me straight to the hair products section of hair growth. He was patient with answering my questions.”

“Mom just passed away after almost 6 years at Trinity Elms. I cannot say enough about the caring staff and the staffs ability to adjust to mom’s changing needs. Tess, the administrator was so kind and competent. Abbie, the nurse works hard to assure her staff provides competent care. There are enough activities for those who want to participate. Just a wonderful place. Also, Stephanie, the Physician Assistant who worked with mom for her medical needs was great. Also they worked very well with hospice when the time was appropriate. They all worked well as a team.”
